Price, descriptions and availability
At Eddie Moors Music we try to maintain an accurate catalogue of items in our
online shop in terms of price, description and image shown. However images shown
are for illustration purposes only and the product supplied may vary slightly.
If an item is inadvertently mispriced for whatever reason we reserve the right
to contact you (using the email or telephone number supplied when you opened
your account) and inform you of the item's correct price. The same applies to
any shipping and insurance costs itemised in your order.
If an item ordered becomes out of stock, unavailable or difficult for us to
source in reasonable time we will again contact you to inform you of the situation
and allow you to cancel the order or place the item on
back order.

In order to make an order from the website you first need to open an account
by supplying contact information and a valid user email and password. Once an
account has been set up you can place items in your shopping cart and proceed
to the checkout area. Please see our privacy
information page with regard to our policy on collecting information from
you. You must not divulge the username and password to anyone. If you feel that
the password has been compromised please call us and we can set up a new account
for you.

Availablity
We will do our best to see that availability of the website will be uninterrupted
and that transmissions will be error-free, however, due to the nature of the
internet, we cannot guaranteed this. Also, your access to the website may also
be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or
the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the
frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.
